The Board of Directors of the Greenwood Farm Historical, Cultural & Arts Association, Inc. has been diligently working toward its goals of repairing, renovating and preparing the house and its beautiful grounds for the time when a variety of programming benefiting the entire community and beyond can be scheduled.
We acheved our goal of obtaining the the Federal income tax exempt status under the section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code. We have also been determined to be a public charity under Section 170 of the Code . We are qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers or gifts under section 2055, 2106 or 2522 of the Code.
The Board of Directors continues to seek persons to serve along with them on the Board who have a passion for the preservation of history, the environment, a love of community-building and a love of Richmond Heights. Ref: Submit a New Board Member Information Form

3rd Annual Fun Fest At The Farm
Saturday, September 24th
Lots of fun activities for all ages including K-9 Kingdom’s “Critter Corner” who will have dog and cat adoptions available, book signing by Mary Ann Winkowski “the ghost whisperer”. Mary Ann will be signing her new cookbook “Beyond Delicious”. Lots of entertainment, house and grounds tours, classic cars and assorted food for sale.

Gingerbread House Workshop
Saturday, November 12th
$35 plus small cans of food for wall support. Food will be donated to the Cleveland FoodBank. Class size is limited, registration begins on September 5th. This is an adult only class. You will be responsible for baking and bringing your own gingerbread (we’ll give you the recipe and pattern upon registration). The fee includes instruction, base board, icing, all decorations (edible) and use of materials.

Gingerbread House Raffle at Richmond Town Square
Weekend of December 16, 17 and 18 (See www.greenwoodfarmassn.org for the hours of ticket sales)
Gingerbread House will be made by a Wilton Gold Medal winner for cake decorating. Tickets will be available for $1 each or 6 for $5. You can purchase raffle tickets by contacting any member of the Greenwood Board of Directors or from the Rec Department beginning November 12th.

Cookies and Cocoa at the Farm (A member’s only event)
Come and see the farm decorated for the holiday season and enjoy cookies and cocoa as well as a hayride around the property. Please renew your membership or join the Greenwood Farm Historical, Cultural & Arts Association to be invited to this event.
