The Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) consists of five electors of the City, not holding other municipal office, who are appointed by the Mayor with the concurrence of a majority of the members of Council.
Overview
The ZBA has authority to recommend zoning variances to Council provided such variances are consistent with the general intent of the Zoning Ordinance.
